SHIPPING

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with the package tracking number so you can follow its progress. You can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days once shipped.

Q: How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

A: To change an order, please contact us immediately at support@kitgearable.com

 Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating the correct shipping address.


We can change a shipping address if the order has not been processed yet.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

A: We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships

Q: Can I get my product personalized?

A: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Q: Do I get a receipt for my order?

A: You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

RETURNS

Q: Can I refund the product ?

A: Yes, you can return, and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Q: And how long do I have to return the product?

A: Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

A: To help us prevent any delays in shipping, you have 5 hours from the time your order is placed to cancel or make any changes to it.
If the item(s) have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order. But you are welcome to place a new order for any additional parts.

Q: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

A: We offer a variety of payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. We also take PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Q: Can I Use An International Credit Card To Order?

A: We accept international credit cards as long as they are backed by a major credit card network. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Enter any five-digit number when asked to input a zip code if your billing address is outside of US.
